Up until the day before...there is no cancellation fee.
Until 2pm on the day...25% of the course fee will be charged.
After 2pm on the day...50% of the course fee will be charged.
If you cancel without permission or cancel after making a reservation, we will charge you 100% of the course fee.(This includes changes in the number of people)
For groups of 10 or more, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may cancel your reservation.
